Reference conditions
A Show requires two remaining players. A Seen player cannot demand one against a Blind player. A Blind requester pays the current stake; with both Seen, the requester pays twice it.
Read before comparing
Eligibility and the named procedure come before a hand comparison. A stronger-looking hand does not itself establish that a proposed action is available.
Keep the requester visible
Record which player requested the Show. The equal-rank scenario demonstrates why a comparison result alone may not settle entitlement.
Use a complete record
Include the two statuses, the current turn and the proposed request. Consult the actual table’s instructions if they differ from this reference.
